Tehachappi Pass Tower and Power Line Access Roads/SCE, Los Angeles, CA 2007-2008 Engineer of Record for plan preparation and processing of large plan set showing Grading and Drainage design for Access Roads to the existing and proposed towers and power lines in Segment 2 of the Southern California Edison Tehachappi Pass project.
Mr. de Monchy was the Engineer of Record and Program Manager for three Flyover Bridges and 1.5 miles of secondary major highway improvements with all required utilities and state-of-the-art CMS (Changeable Message Signs) for Disney California Adventure Theme Park. Project costs totaled over $1B.
Program Manager and Owner Representative for a 64-acre master planned Industrial/Business Park in East Banning, California and adjacent to the Banning Airport and existing freight trail.
Mr. de Monchy was the Engineer of Record and Project Manager for new 500,000 S.F. warehouse and distribution center for national grocery distribution chain trucking company, McLane Foods. Facility was designed and constructed on a portion of the land formerly known as March Air Force Base in southeast Riverside County.
Engineer of Record, Project Manager, and Owner’s Rep for 160-acre Industrial Park in the Southern California Coachella Valley. Improvements designed included a $19 Million lined storm drain channel including inlet and outlet works, and 2,600 lf of trunk water and sewer lines-all for the Coachella Valley Water District, CVWD.
